We're on the second floor of our building, with a lovely view of the lake, and our huge lanai has a table and chairs, plus a chaise lounge, all cooled by a breezy ceiling fan. Have your breakfast out here and watch the early birds "fishing" in the lake; come out here after dinner and watch the sun set spectacularly beyond the old-growth oak and palmetto palm trees. That outdoorsy smell, balmy air, and beautiful vista are all highly addictive! As much room as the lanai has for entertaining, the great room inside the condo is also spacious enough for the whole gang. Gather around our huge 32-inch HDTV to watch home movies or an exciting game. Once you sink into our ultra-comfortable couch, you'll feel that workaday stress just melting away! Relax. You're in Palm Coast, having the best vacation of your life! Just past the TV area is our dining table, with elegant seating for up to 6 under a modern chandelier fixture. It's a pleasure to sit in this new, beautifully decorated spot and enjoy a meal together. The round table is also good for a big group game, so bring along the Taboo and the Uno and have at it! Believe it or not, there is another dining space as well in this condo -- our sun-drenched breakfast nook, just beyond the kitchen. More private than the formal dining area, it's a great place to set up the laptop (you have free wireless Internet at Tidelands 1721) and get some serious emailing or Facebooking done. And there are even a couple of stools pulled up to the breakfast bar for impromptu meals and snacks! With all this dining space, you may think we're encouraging you to cook in, and the kitchen would just confirm this. It's got brand-new appliances, from a huge refrigerator and freezer with water and ice in the door to a blender for whipping up those frosty beverages. Gleaming granite countertops make working in the kitchen a little more pleasant, and complete sets of cookware, dishes, and utensils mean that you can prepare and serve just about anything. But even if your goal is to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible this vacation, you'll appreciate knowing everything is at hand should the cooking mood strike! When it's time to get some sleep, you'll be so glad you chose Tidelands 1721. Our bedrooms are all well-appointed and calming, designed with the sole purpose of getting you the best night's sleep. The master bedroom features a huge king-size bed, an HDTV for those late-night movie marathons, and a generous closet. A sunny room, its light yellow tones are very soothing -- responsible for many a late-morning lie-in! The master bathroom is en suite, with his-and-her sinks and walk-in shower, and all the space you could ask for. Remember, all towel sets as well as linens, blankets, and pillows are provided at Tidelands 1721 -- no need to waste suitcase space with "emergency" bedding! There is a split floor plan for privacy. The second bedroom with queen bed, painted a cool powder blue, is peaceful as well. It has a TV, as does the third bedroom, which contains 2 twin beds. The second bathroom, equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, is convenient to both bedrooms. If your party contains 7 or 8 people, the couch in the great room unfolds into a queen-size sleeper. The best thing about this bed is its location -- leave the drapes open and you'll have a spectacular view of the sunrise! You will love life at Tidelands, with the Intracoastal Waterway just yards away, lakes and lagoons and canals running throughout the grounds, miles of trails, and all the amenities of a first-class resort.
