most of the residents are homeowners. This complex is located in
Laguna Vista, a secluded golf course community about five miles
from South Padre Island. We are very close to the golf course, and one block from the bay. 
Washer and Dryer inside the unit. Unit fully furnished. Linen, towels, silverware, pots and pans. One TV in Living Room, another in Master Bedroom

Pool on premises. Condo complex located less than one block from
Roloff Park. One block from the bay. Ramp access nearby to launch
your boat. Many fishing guides and fishing trips available. Golf
course less than two minutes from the complex. Shopping and eating very close.
Condo has Cable, radio, CD/casette player. Kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. 

Winter Rates, 2010
This condo will rent on a short or long term basis fully
furnished.

For a long-term lease, minimum of one
year, it will rent for $790/month.

The short term rental, fully furnished and in excellent condition, would be $690 /week, or $ 1200/month or more, depending on the months of the stay and number of guests. Rates based on a two person occupancy. This is an ideal place for Winter Texans.

Summer Rates, 2009

Fully Furnished, including linen, towels, kitchenware.

Week, $550 Two Weeks, $890.

These rates are based on a two-person
occupancy. An additional fee will be charged for more than two
occupants.

Security Deposit to hold reservation:
$150 for weekly rental
$250 for monthly rental
Security deposit will be returned in full, less a $45 management
fee, provided that the unit is returned in the same condition it was
found. The deposit will be returned after premises are vacated and
inspected, usually within one week.

No personal checks accepted, only Money Orders, Cash or Cashiers Checks.
Rental fee due upon arrival, we accept cash, money orders, cashiers
checks. No credit cards or personal checks, please.

IF YOU ARE RENTING FOR LONGER THAN ONE MONTH, THE FIRST MONTH IS DUE IN FULL THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR
ARRIVAL, AND THE REMAINDER DUE ON ARRIVAL.
