Everything is here...fully furnished with Queen Bed, sleeping sofa,
and two twin beds. Washer and dryer on every floor. Minutes from
Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach areas.

This unit is located on the 4th floor, the main entrance has a
security code with an elevator for easy access to all floors. This
unit is fully furnished with cable, dishwasher, microwave, coffee
maker, 3 TVs, DVD and VCR Player, sauna, large balcony and Pool.
Addtionally, we have recently added "WIRELESS INTERNET" access, so
just bring your laptop, or not!!
You can walk to the community park (actually 2) with picnic
facilities and playground. Shopping (Bealls, Publix, Dollar
store) and several very good restaurants are within one mile in
either direction.
Stay right here - walk out on our clean no-drive beach and surf
fish, swim, walk, and collect shells. There's always a good ocean
breeze. Enjoy the ocean view from the spacious porch.

Just down the road is the World Famous drive-on Daytona Beach,
International Speedway, a go cart race track, a great miniature golf
course, and a skateboard park for the kids.
A1A, also known as Ocean Shore Blvd., will take you to the other
beaches like New Smyrna and Cocoa (south). At Port Canaveral there
are casino boats and family cruise ships departing daily.
Cape Kennedy Space Center is there, too, that the whole family can
enjoy. A1A to the north will take you to Flagler Beach and to
historic St. Augustine. I-95 puts you in Orlando area in about 45
minutes where all our well known amusement parks await your pleasure.
