Flagler Beach. Ocean view and just 100 steps to the beach, you will
experience the charm of beach living in a clean, newly rennovated,
furnished with quality and style, cottage designed for rest and
relaxation. This cottage features 1 queen bed in the master bedroom,
2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a futon plus a sofa sleeper in
the living room. New bathtub with shower, new toilet and sink in a
cozy but adequate bathroom.
With cool terrazzo floors, Tuscan colors and Italian decorations,
this cottage even comes with an accordion! Serenade your sweetheart
or just relax to the music of the waves and the tranquillity of the
ocean breezes. Come, relax, and enjoy peaceful, delightful, safe,
beautiful, unspoiled Flagler Beach! Buon Viaggio!

Central Air Conditioning, Central Heat, Basic Cable TV, Surround
Sound, DVD, CD Player, Full Kitchen with microwave, toaster, oven and
stove, and refrigerator. Cooking utensils provided. Linens
provided. New washer and dryer, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living
room, front patio, covered back patio, beach chairs, some sports
equipment and beach toys provided. Bring your cell phone (if you
need a phone). Pets on approval for additional fee. Utilities
paid for by owner. No smoking.

Welcome to "Old Florida", Flagler Beach, a quaint small town
atmosphere with unspoiled, crowd-free beaches, wonderful golf
courses, walking trails, a Friday Farmers Market, and much more!
Enjoy the cute shops and restaurants located within walking distance
or the park just two blocks away with tennis courts, horseshoe pits,
basketball and shuffleboard courts, library, and beautiful wooden
walking trail that meanders out to the Intracoastal Waterway through
the marsh.
There is also great fishing from the shore or at the Flagler Beach
Pier just a few blocks away, with on-site bait shop and a wonderful
restaurant overlooking the beach.
Other activites nearby include swimming and tanning at the beach,
surfing, shelling, whale watching, wind surfing, snorkeling/diving,
kayaking, kite flying, skate boarding, cinemas and museums.
You won't find chain restaurants or chain hotels, high rises, or
shopping malls at Flagler Beach.
For the more adventurous, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios,
and all Orlando attractions are only an hour away, historic St.
Augustine is 35 minutes north and the "World's Most Famous Beach",
Daytona Beach, is only 20 minutes away along Scenic Highway A1A.
