Beautiful beach front 2000 sq ft condo built in 2008 is complete with modern appliances and decorated in Tommy Bahama tropical theme. You will fall in love with the beach and sunsets of Nuevo Vallarta. The quality of the building finishings, condo furnishings, owners and guests is unsurpassed in NV. Our ten story building "Ocean Terrace" is a 15-20 cab ride from the airport and was coveted in 2008. It is on the ocean, facing west, with an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. ..the sound of the waves is ever present! Our 2.5 bedroom condo is centrally located in the building on the 8th floor which provides maximum privacy and optimum enjoyment of the ocean view and dramatic sunsets.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, large ensuite, complete with jacquzi bath. The second bedroom has two double beds and an adjoining bathroom. The living room furnishings include Shaw Direct TV with DVD. The kitchen is fully appointed and adjoins the dining room which has a beautiful white onyx dining room table and chandelier which creates a warm and comfortable setting for intimate dining.
