Perfect for two couples!

Your comfort is our priority, so we've equipped this property with many amenities like three flat screen TVs (with HBO), WiFi internet access, telephone (US and Canadian calling included in your rental price), fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), washer and dryer, easy to use gas fireplace, BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture. 

CHINO CANYON is a reminder of the
natural beauty that originally proliferated Palm Springs. Set on a boulder
strewn hillside with views of the entire valley floor below, this unique
neighborhood was a virtual laboratory to architects pioneering the modernist
genre. Albert Frey, E. Stewart Williams, William Cody, Walter White among
others contributed designs that both compliment and inform their environment.
This is a low density neighborhood with limited access on narrow streets and a
hushed sense of achievement. In 1970, Elvis Presley bought a house in Chino
Canyon and it was one of two homes that he owned at the time of his death (the
other being Graceland) and is still open for tours today!.

City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, pet fees and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $195, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

*Mid-stay Cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.

WOOF-WOOF Pet Fee:  $150/dog. We gladly accept well-mannered dogs under 50 lbs. Sorry kitty, kitty...no Cats allowed :(
