Camp Johnston in Lake of the Ozarks

This property has a special feeling that draws families together and aids in creating wonderful memories!  2 Story with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, deck, patio, screened in porch and sun room.  Lots of lakefront to enjoy and claim as your own during your vacation.

From the circle drive you`ll enter the home through the country kitchen with its newer appliances, corian countertops and great lake views.  This area is furnished with custom cabinets and a dining area for six.  The kitchen has a stand up conversation counter (with 5 stools) and is just one of the many gathering areas at Camp Johnston.  Adjacent to the kitchen is an inviting four season’s room perfect for reading your favorite book and bird watching from your tree top view.  And the kids (young and old) will love the enclosed porch for catching summer breezes.  Both rooms are set up with sofa and love seats, one futon (full) and is a perfect nightly retreat for the kids.

Just off the kitchen hallway is one nice sized bedroom with a full size wicker framed bed and closet.  Next to the bedroom is a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower with a large natural lighting block window.  Down the hall and past the dining area is a balcony view of the living space and French doors leading into the second bedroom with a queen sized bed, closet and antique dresser.    

Downstairs is certainly where the family will gather in the spacious living room with a natural stone fireplace (candles only please), custom white cabinets, TV & media center, office desk and discretely disguised wine cooler. The formal dining table is an antique and comfortably seats up to 10 - perfect for large dinner gathering any time of year.  Closet under steps has 2 queen sized double height blow up air beds with built in memoryt foam and air pumps.  (Recommended for children only.) The master suite is peaceful and serene with a king size bed and TV, private screened in porch and lots of windows for viewing the lake.  There are his & her closets and the washer & dryer are conveniently located off the master bath which is also equipped with a walk in shower. 

If your family and friends love the outdoors, this is the place to vacation.  The large grassy yard is perfect for romping pets and children and everyone will enjoy the gardens and flower beds.  Some can watch the kids play from the screened in porch and play cards on the round iron table and seating for four.  Everyone will enjoy gathering on the extensive lakefront deck with lots of parameter seating and a patio set for four with an umbrella.  Grilling and entertaining outside couldn`t be more enjoyable from the romantic side flagstone patio with its fire pit, bistro seating area, gas grill, patio table and umbrella.

The home is located in a protected cove with very deep water, total privacy and approximately 350 ft. of lake frontage.  The kids will enjoy the natural pebble at the end of the grassy yard and forested shoreline.  Smell and pick the flowers in lakefront perennial beds and relax and enjoy the views.  Everyone will be crazy about the dock.  The kids will be all about the slide, diving board and separate swimming dock in the cove.  The adults will enjoy the sun deck and having access to 2 open boat slips (10` X 30` and 10` X 40) and PWC lifts, relaxing under the shaded canopy patio seating area and watching the water fun activities of other at the Lake.

This amazing property is just 10 minutes from the town of Sunrise Beach and 15 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of the Lake`s attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping.

Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances.  Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only.  We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).  Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

Off-Season (Labor Day - April)................$180/night
In-Season (May - June)........................$335/night
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)................$360/night

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 3.5%, 5 night 7%, 6 nights 10%, 7 nights 14%!

Rates are based on an 8 person occupancy. 2 night minimum reservation required.   Additional guests charged $25 per night - limit 2.

2 On-site boat slip rental $10 per night each.   Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning Fee - $115 and Processing Fee $30.  2 Hour Early Arrival/Late Departure fee - $75.

This property has a $500 refundable damage deposit.
