Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with large back deck.  Cabin is  
fully furnished with warm and cozy furnishings. Everything you need 
for a truly relaxing weekend, or family vacation.  Cabin was built 
in 2000. Located in the Tahoe Donner region.  Very peaceful, very 
private and very beautiful.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include access to both of the Trout Creek Recreation 
Centers which feature 3 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis, gym, weight 
room, exercise classes, yoga studio, tennis courts, etc. Guest 
passes are available for your use.  Each guest pass accomodates 4 
people.
Condo has TV,stero with CD player, washer/dryer.  Plus VCR/DVD with 
movies and DVD's to watch.  Books games and puzzles for all ages.

Ski Resorts-  So many to choose from!  Tahoe Donner Ski area, 5 min 
away.  Sugar Bowl, just a 20 minute drive away.  Squaw Valley, 
Alpine 
and Northstar just to name a few. All within 25-30 minutes.

Activities and Attractions

Skiing, Swimming, Tennis, Basketball, GOLF! GOLF! GOLF! at Tahoe 
Donner Golf Course and Coyote Moon Golf Course, both located within 
5-10 miles of the cabin. If you want to venture further, Old 
Greenwood, and Northstar are about 20 minutes away.  Horseback 
riding is also very close in proximity. 
Donner Lake Beach access and the casinos are all a very short drive 
away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$225.00 per night with a 2 night minimum (January 3,-October 31, 
2008. Weekly rate is $1,500.00

RATES AFTER NOV 1, 2008  THROUGH DECEMBER 18, 2008 ARE $225.00 PER 
NIGHT.  DECEMBER 19, 2008 THROUGH JANUARY 2, 2009 ARE $325.00 PER 
NIGHT.
