Come and relax on one of New Hampshire's most beautiful, secluded and pristine lakes. This spacious vacation home is located at the eastern end of Lake Nubanusit with a sweeping view down the length of the lake. The majority of the shoreline is an undeveloped nature preserve, and the 660 acres of the lake are perfect for small boating, swimming, and fishing.

Many summer weeks are still open. Rentals are also available in September and October, a beautiful time to come and enjoy the fall colors.

$2,300 per week plus 9% state of NH meals and rooms tax. 

September 1 through September 21

$1,500 per week plus 9% state of NH meals and rooms tax. 

Half of the fee is due upon booking and the balance is due 30 days before occupancy. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

My Kind of Vacation

What a treat to discover this beautiful vacation spot! Peaceful and pleasant times were spent sitting on the back porch overlooking the lake while reading and napping. A perfect vacation. We paddled the canoe across the lake to watch kids jumping off the rope-swing. Except for about a day or two the weather was perfect. The sun sparkled on the lake and the water was warm for swimming. Woke up early one morning and found a book on loons and sat down to read it through. I was so pleased when by the lake later that day Ev spotted a loon out on the water, and then another one! We watched them swim and play and dive for several minutes at a time, coming up a good distance from where they went down. At one point, we even heard them “speaking. We paddled out in the kayaks and followed them around for a while trying to guess where they would pop up next. They did not seem to mind us tagging along. In exploring the sights around the area, we stopped at the Cathedral of the Pines, Monadnock Mountain State Park, and spent one day in Manchester visiting the Currier Museum – what a treasure! Afterwards we stopped at the Red Arrow Diner. So cool to see photos of all the celebrities who had been there, too.

All of the information listed was accurate, and the house was immaculate when we arrived. Linens and kitchen ware were all available as described as well. This was the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time! The quiet was fabulous. I loved canoeing out to see the eagle's nest and watching the kids use the rope swing. Kayaking was also great fun. My grandkids really enjoyed the nice sandy swimming area and hardly left the water the whole time.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly
