The Henkel Bungalow is a bright & cheerful true vacation home walking distance to Newcome Beach. Custom built May, 2012. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath sleeps 10. Fun & classy decor with a life size GALAGA machine/60+ classic games (see photos) for week long fun! Kids also love the custom built play fort. Open floor plan with hickory floors, vaulted ceilings. & cozy gas fireplace. The 3 Seasons porch is great for groups to gather. You can sit and relax while the kids enjoy the swingset and play fort. New Weber gas grill. Patio tables & umbrellas, Dining/Seating for 10. Outdoor firepit w/ firewood, roasting forks & s'mores supplies INCLUDED. Play basketball on the concrete driveway, relax in the hammock, or lounge on the couch to watch the large flat screen TV. Heated outdoor shower makes getting back from the beach convenient. We provide complimentary incidental cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, spices, coffee, s'mores supplies just to name a few. We also have beach chairs, cooler, & wagon ready for your day at the beach. Hammock ready for those that want to stay behind and take a nap.
For your comfort: 55" flat screen tv in living room, Life Size GALAGA arcade game w/ 60 classic games all for free!! 42" plasma in master bedroom. Wireless internet, central air conditioning, gas fireplace, granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, front loading washer & dryer, soft water, iron/iron board, coffee maker, video library, board games, high chair, toddler bed, port-a crib. Heated outdoor shower, swing set and quality built tree fort. Weber gas grill connected to gas line. No tanks to run dry!
BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS: Master-King, Bedroom #2-Full bed with set of bunks, Bedroom #3-Two sets of bunks, Bedroom & kitchen linens provided.
Parking is allowed in driveway only. Brand new concrete driveway will accomodate 4-6 standard cars.

vacation rental rates
Spring, fall, winter rates available. Summer weekly rate $3000. Off season daily rate $350 per night with a 2 night minimum. 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Remaining 50% & $250 Security/Damages Deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date.The security deposit is returned within 10 days of departure. Security Deposit refund is contingent upon guest leaving home clean, orderly and damage free.
Should cancellation be necessary, we charge a $75 cancellation fee. If the property can be re-booked for that week, all funds will be returned, less the $75 flat fee. If the property cannot be rebooked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit.
We will provide rental agreement at time of reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm EST Friday and check-out is 10:00 am the following Friday. Weekend rentals available Sept-May. No smoking, no pets please. We accept personal checks, e-checks and credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard & Discover).
