LUXURY Oceanfront - CORNER Unit in Daytona Beach Shores

Our "home away from home" is a 2800 square foot, luxury oceanfront,
professionally decorated three bedroom, three bathroom condominium.
It is a corner unit on the 5th floor of the St. Maarten, and has a
beautiful balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and beach.
The unit has Granite countertops, high-end appliances, microwave,
jacuzzi tub in master bath, high speed Internet access, etc.
There are two large bedrooms with king sized beds and a third
bedroom that's perfect for lots of kids. It has two sets of bunk
beds plus a trundle bed that pulls out so it sleeps five kids
comfortably. The family room also has a couch that pulls out to
reveal a queen sized bed. There is lots of storage throughout the
condo with large walk in closets in both large bedrooms, and other
closets throughout.
The balcony is large and is a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of
wine at sunset or a cup of coffee and the morning paper. It has a
beautiful stone table that seats 6 as well as two chaise lounges.

The St. Maarten boasts two outdoor swimming pools with jacuzzi spa,
a heated indoor pool with spa, men's and women's saunas, a fitness
center, a clubhouse, and a billiard room.

Daytona Beach Shores is about 3 miles South of Daytona Beach - home
of NASCAR and the Daytona 500. There is a fun Daytona USA theme park
and NASCAR museum minutes from the condo as well as the Ponce Inlet
Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, and charter fishing excursions.
Shopping, restaurants, golf, tennis and other attractions are
nearby. Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World about an
hour's drive. Kennedy Space Center is just down the coast, 55
minutes south, and shuttle launches can be see from our balcony.
Historic St. Augustine, the oldest surviving settlement in America,
is one hour North.

The St. Maarten has a TWO WEEK minimum. Rates generally range from
$1,700 - $2,900 based on the season for 2 weeks
and
$3,000 - $4,500 based on the season for 1 month.
