1-Bedroom Unit – 3 Nights – April 26 - 29, 2013 for $750 (2 Units Available)

1-Bedroom Unit – 3 Nights – May 3 - 6, 2013 for $750 (1 Unit Available)

2-Bedroom Unit – 3 Nights – May 3 - 6, 2013 for $1250 (1 Unit Available)

The photos and listing shown are for the 1-Bedroom Unit at La Belle Maison. 

The 1-Bedroom La Belle units are each 744 Square feet and sleep 4 (2 on King size bed in bedroom and 2 on sleeper sofa). Each 1-Bedroom unit rents for $200 per night during non-peak times.

A 2-Bedroom La Belle unit rents for $250 per night during non-peak times. The 2-Bedroom unit is 960 Square feet and sleeps 6 (2 in each bedroom and 2 on sleeper sofa).

We also can get Studio units at La Belle that rent for $150 per night during non-peak times.  The Studio unit is 460 Square feet and sleeps 4 (2 on each of 2 sleeper sofas).

You’ll really feel the heart and soul of the Crescent City at the new Wyndham La Belle Maison, located on Gravier and Magazine Street in the famous Warehouse District, two blocks from the French Quarter. This original Franklin Printing Company landmark has been meticulously restored to assure you a delightful downtown stay, including an eight-story skylight atrium centerpiece, historic Crescent City décor, on-site amenities and much more.

All units include a microwave and refrigerator; however, stoves are not available in most units.

As with many urban environments, parking is very limited. Valet parking is offered for $26 per day; self-parking is not available.

Wyndham La Belle Maison requires that each unit must be occupied by an adult over the age of 21 throughout the duration of your stay.

This resort is part of Wyndham Vacation Resorts’ “Avenue Collection,” a grouping of resorts that offer a faster-paced, more urban vacation experience. The units feature just enough kitchen to keep you refreshed between gourmet meals at nearby restaurants, and units that efficiently use all available space.

This resort is 100% smoke-free in all of its units or buildings. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. Not complying with this policy may result in the assessment of a substantial fee. Thank you for your cooperation with this policy.

The resort does not allow pets.
