Fully furnished with king bed in the master bedroom, queen
in 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the third bedroom. Pull out sofa in
the family room. Washer and dryer provided. Full screen enclosed
lanai overlooking Intracoastal Waterway. Seven-mile nature trail
borders the community. Stocked fishing lake and screened lakeside
gazebo. Clubhouse and swimming pool.

*Special Fall Rate September - October: $600 per week, $1,600 per month
November - December: $800 per week, $1,800 per month
January - April: $950 per week, $2,300 per month
$300 refundable security deposit, $100 cleaning fee.
