Vacation Rental Rates

December 1 - March 31: $100 per night*, $400 weekly, $1200 monthly 
April 1 - September 30: $110 per night*, $500 weekly, $1700 monthly 
October 1 - November 30: $120 per night*, $650 weekly, $2200 monthly 
 
Additional Charges: 
$100 refundable cleaning and damage deposit 
10 percent North Carolina tax 
 
* Minimum three-night stay
