Located on the second floor of the most desirable building in the Cinnamon Beach complex, our condo sits among palm trees above the greens, a strip of blue sea reminding you how close the lovely coquina-sand beach really is. Take your morning coffee out to our huge deck and let the balmy breeze invigorate you with thoughts of playful waves and wide empty sands. Another perfect Palm Coast day has begun!

Indoors, everything is sunny and bright, with plenty of room for the whole gang to stretch out and make themselves at home. There are so many things to do right in the Cinnamon Beach complex -- from swimming in either of 2 pools to treating yourself to the Jacuzzi to taking the kids to the Splash Zone water park -- but you may not want to leave your master suite!

Designed for comfort, the master bedroom and bath define the word "pamper." The bedroom boasts an ultra-luxurious king-size bed, so comfortable you'll actually look forward to it in the midst of all your vacation fun. A large HDTV & DVD player tempts you to watch the late show in bed, while a plush chair beside a lamp offers the perfect spot to finish that historical romance novel in one marathon read! Your windows have an ocean view, and you can leave the blinds open if you wish to let the magnificent sunrise awaken you one morning.

The master bath is spacious and lovely, with a large soaking tub, separate shower, and his-and-her vanities. You will find all the towels, linens, pillows, and blankets you need waiting for you here at Cinnamon Beach 521, plus a washer and dryer to keep everything fresh and clean. When the kids beg for a last dip in the pool before bed, you can have dry swimsuits for them in minutes!

There are 2 more bedrooms at Cinnamon Beach 521, each centered on quiet and comfort. The 2nd bedroom offers a comfy king-size bed, HDTV, DVD Player, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The 3rd contains 2 extra long twin beds, a HDTV & DVD player, and cheerful pale blue walls to induce pleasant ocean dreams. The 3rd full bathroom is convenient to this bedroom.

The living and dining areas of Cinnamon Beach 521 are perfect for keeping the whole group together and entertained. Our living room is huge, with brand new furniture and a giant 52" HDTV with blu-ray player. Banked with windows and boasting an ocean view, it is conducive to relaxing. So let the kids sprawl on the floor with their Legos and Squinkies while Mom and Dad watch their favorite old movie. It's the little moments that make a vacation truly special.

You may be eating most of your meals on the balcony, but if you care to dine indoors, our glass-topped table seats 6 comfortably. It's close to the action of both the kitchen and the living room, so it also makes a good game center when the family is having a night in. We also have a sunny little breakfast nook with a smaller table, a bit away from the action. When you need to get a little work done on the laptop (you have free wireless Internet at Cinnamon Beach 521) or the kids need to wind down before naptime, this is the place to be! There is also a phone for in the unit.l

The kitchen is well-stocked and convenient at our condo, with lovely granite countertops, all the latest appliances and gadgets, and the full complement of dishes, cookware, and utensils to help you prepare and serve just about anything. If you're spending most of your time away, count on the microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster for meals and drinks on the go!

But the best part of Cinnamon Beach 521 is its location. Our complex is in the gated Ocean Hammock Resort, just steps away from 2½ miles of private beach and one of the best golf courses in the nation.
