Cleaning charge: $150 to be paid in additional to rental, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged by
the property manager.
Electricity: $25 per week is already included in the rental rate.
Taxes: 11 % (6 % sales tax and 5 % tourist tax)
A travel insurance and personal liability insurance is recommended.
