The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom, large kitchen and dining area
with seating for 10 plus an additional buffet table that can pull over to seat a total of 16 and is overlooking the lake through the full glass windows for a wonderful dining atmosphere. The master bedroom has a King bedroom suite, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin bed bunk sets(sleeps 4) and all rooms have TV’s. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The adjacent Guesthouse upper level has bedroom #4 with two double beds, 1 full bath, kitchen and living room with queen sleeper. Lower level guesthouse garage has a small bedroom #5 with queen bed full bath #4 plus queen sleeper in sitting area with TV, a gameroom with pool table, Ping Pong, bar and extra refrigerator. Extensive decking around the home with lots of comfortable seating. Hot Tub overlooking the lake and a huge sundeck over the private dock.

The property is a show piece with beautiful landscaping, benches, chairs, chaise lounges, horseshoe area, and a firepit for the evening fire under the stars. The double-decker private dock has room for 2 boats and 2 jet skis. Both the dock and shoreline have ladders on the side for swimming. A down payment of 25% is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.  Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your down payment. Unfortunatley, we cannot hold dates without a down payment.

This home is for family vacation rental purposes only.  We do not allow weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, events or reunions involving more people than the house sleeps.
