"Timber Peg Lodge" Main Channel and Trump National Golf Club in Lake Norman

The Timber Peg Lodge is a very warm and inviting lakefront home located on a 1.5 acre property near the Trump National Golf Club with pine and oak tree coverage to provide just the right amount of shade and sun to relax by the lake. Located right off the main channel in a large deep lagoon makes for the perfect location to swim, kayak, and explore the big water by boat as well.

The home was furnished by one of the top Interior Designers on the lake with a fishing cabin theme combined with the Shabby Chic furniture concept and makes for a very comfortable home. The masterbedroom has a King bedroom suite and a full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and Bedroom # 3 has a Double size Bunk bed suite with the 2nd full bathroom between these in the hall also the living room has a Queen sleeper allowing sleeping room for 10 guests. The Kitchen is fitted with all new Stainless steel appliances with granite counter top surface and has a 6 seat dining table and 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar area. Just off of the kitchen is a cozy screened in porch with sitting area for relaxing. The Living room has a gas log fireplace and great views of the lake. The detached garage is set up as a gameroom and has a Pool Table, Ping Pong, bar, and overlooking the lake as well.

The shoreline has a sandy beach and the sand extends into the water to the end of the dock system so wading is comfortable for all ages. The private dock is large for sunbathing and has room to dock 3 boats and a ladder for getting in or out of from the deep end. Year round deep water. One other very nice feature is the private boat launch ramp located beside the dock. There is a firepit at the shoreline and lots of outdoor seating.

Parking for 24 cars with a circular driveway makes for ease of anyone bringing their own boats and lots of room for the boat trailers to park without blocking in regular vehicle movement to local restaurants and shopping.

The Timber Peg Lodge was designed with exposed wood beams and a combined painted wall system provides a warm feeling throughout the home and is very inviting from the time you drive up and walk in the home.

June-Aug $1990 weekly(Fri-Fri schedule)

Sept- Dec $1200 weekly/$350 per night - see holiday rate below

Jan-Mar $850 weekly/$250 per night

Apr-May $1200 weekly/$350 per night

Full Week Rentals Only - Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years and Easter - $1300.00

Cleaning fee $140

8% sales tax
