Cozy Home in San Tan Valley close to Golf and Shopping in Queen Creek

Our home is a lovely, cozy, 1200 sq. ft. single story house built in 2004.  Close to all amenities, including shopping centers, dining, golf, parks, and medical centers.

Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, (2 furnished), 2 full Baths, Laundry, Covered Patio, 2 stall Garage.

The entire house is completely furnished, newly painted, carpeted, and landscaped.

All bedding and linens are supplied, as are kitchen and laundry staples.  Just pack your bags and move in to enjoy the Arizona winter.

We plan to spend the winters here in a few years, and now would like to invite you to make this your home away from home!

We want you to feel at home during your stay, but please no smoking and no pets.

The house features an open concept in the main areas of the living, dining, and kitchen.  Enter into the carpeted Living Room with leather couch and loveseat, (both recline!).  Large flatscreen TV with Cable/Internet and DVD player.  Dining Room and Kitchen have neutral colored tile flooring, with tiled backsplash in Kitchen. Seating for 2 at countertop bar. Small appliances, dishes,pots and pans,glasses,flatware, stemware, etc. are all furnished.  Dining Room has a large glass top circular table with seating for 4.  Dining room has large sliding patio door to the backyard.

Master Bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed, large dresser, walk in closet, and full ensuite bath.  Guest Bedroom also has a Queen size bed and large dresser, and shares a full Bath with the 3rd Bedroom.  This room is unfurnished at this time, but is used for storage, sewing room,(sewing machine supplied),den, extra sleeping w/air mattress, etc...

Laundry has full size washer and dryer.  Iron and laundy soap supplied.  Easy access to living areas, and entrance to 2 stall garage with door opener.

Full covered wraparound patio with new gas BBQ grill and patio furniture.  Outdoor lighting with ceiling fan invites you to spend daytime or evenings outside.

Close to Shopping, Dining, Golf, Parks, and Medical Facilities.

Shopping: Fry's, Mesa Market on weekends, Several Shopping Centers, all within a short drive.

Dining: try some of our favorites: Queen Creek Olive Mill, San Tan Flats, Jim's Burros, Rudy's,Tortilla Flats, Joe's Farm Grill,(Food Network)....or discover your own treasures!

Golf: Magic Oasis, Johnson Ranch, The Links, Los Colinas, Apache Sun, and others are all within a short drive.

Parks: Circle Cross Ranch has several parks, San Tan Mountain Park is nearby, as are others.

Medical:  Brand New Banner Ironwood Medical Center is just 2 miles North on Gantzel.

Oct - Apr $1500/month, $500/week (2 week minimum)

$400 Security Deposit - refundable after inspection of property at fufillment of lease. 

$100 Cleaning Deposit.

$500 Total Deposit due at time of reservation.  Rent due 2 weeks prior to arrival or by previous arrangement.  Payments can be made by direct deposit, certified check, or personal check, (leaving time for personal check to clear bank - approx 3-4 weeks).
