This fully furnished and updated 1920's cottage home is a relaxing
summer getaway. We are located close to the Holland State Park and
a short drive from the Grand Haven Beach. Sleeping room for 9, yet
cozy enough for 2. You can walk to the Lake Michigan beach for
early morning stroles or vast evening sunsets. Bike the local trails
right from the house or just sit back and relax with friends. The
cottage has a big garage and sits on two lots, so there is plenty of
room to spread out.

Amenities include a fully furnished cottage home with linens
(including beach towels), BBQ grill, AC, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, Stereo
CD player, Wireless internet, telephone with free long distance
calling (US & Canada), four-season porch, back deck, large master,
washer/dryer and fenced back yard with fire pit. Sits right on the
paved bike path between Holland and Grand Haven.

Lovely place!

We wanted to thank you for such a lovely place----when we walked thru the cottage we were oohing and aaahing---the decorations, just everything--and how immaculate it was. Well, we were all impressed! Also, it was so well stocked with all the necessities---that made life easy.

We had such a good time---the deck, the backyard, the firepit, Riley Beach, the front porch just delighted us. Climbing the "dune" to get down to Riley Beach was fun (for the younger members of the family---and challenging for us "seniors")!

FYI, the weather last weekend was perfect---sunshine, and warm. My husband and I watched the sun set at Holland State Park on Sun. night after our kids left to go home---of course, that's always special. On Mon. after we left the cottage he and I went to Windmill Island and then drove around Hope (where I graduated from in 1963 and have only been back once a long time ago---Wow, many changes there).

The only somewhat disappointing thing was the Boatwerks Restaurant (which, of course, has nothing to do with you or your cottage!) We sat outside on Sunday morning and the view was so wonderful, but the service and food didn't match that view:( Oh, well, we couldn't complain when everything else all weekend was so perfect.

We have filed your cottage info away and we really hope we'll be able to go again, and, I'm sending it on to a friend who wants it. (since I bragged about it so much!)

Thanks, again, ---I'll never forget my 70th birthday weekend.

Lakeshore House

We had a wonderful time at the Lakeshore house and really hate to see our vacation come to an end!

Our children really loved the time walking to and from the beach as did we.

The house was so cozy that you can’t help but feel right at home the moment you arrive.

We hope to come back again next year, this was the best vacation we’ve had in years!!!

I can't tell you what a wonderful time we had, and just loved the cottage. Holland was such a nice discovery, too!
Some folks told us that the town is one of the top retirement destinations in the country. (You might want to consider that in your
advertising.) Renting your cottage would be a great way for pre-retirees to check out the locale to see if they liked it. We noticed that real estate is MUCH cheaper than in our area--even near the beach.
Maybe we'll be back to Holland--or rent your Colorado property next time! Blessings
