Vacation Rental Description

This luxury villa, "LAKESIDE HAVEN", is situated within the 
tranquil and spacious community of "Windward Cay". Disney is just 
five miles away.

Our villa is furnished to the HIGHEST standards and equipped with 
all the extras you would expect and MORE in a luxury home.

The accommodation features a spacious, fully fitted kitchen complete 
with large refrigerator/freezer with auto ice-maker, dishwasher, 
microwave, coffee percolator, etc. There is a dining area with Patio 
door leading into the screened pool area. 

The great room has an entertainment unit which accommodates 27" 
Cable TV (over 70 channels)with VCR, DVD, Stereo Hi-Fi with CD, 
PlayStation with 2 pads, memory card and games, selection of Videos, 
board-games, books, jig-saws.  There is also a portable Hi-Fi.

There are three double bedrooms. The master en-suite bedroom has a 
King-size bed, ceiling fan, 19" cable TV and VCR. It also has walk-
in closet and patio doors opening directly onto the pool area. The 
second bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV with VCR. The third 
bedroom has twin beds and cable TV with VCR.  
All bedrooms have radio/alarm.

The large, private, SOUTH facing screened pool area, which is only a 
few yards from the lakeside, is totally superb with plenty of room 
for sunbathing and wildlife watching to your hearts content.
The outdoor and underwater lighting ensures that you can enjoy the 
pool all night long - if you so wish.  

There is a large table with 6 deep padded chairs under the covered 
lanai.  
There are four full length loungers that also have deep padded 
cushions. 
The use of a gas Barbecue can be arranged (please ask for details). 

The pool heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time 
of year. The pool is usually pleasantly warm from April through 
to October. You can decide about pool heating before or after you 
arrive.

Crib, playpen/crib and highchair available on request(free of charge)

Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking except in screened pool area.
