Spend your Florida vacation in a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home.  Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, this home has everything you need to enjoy the Florida sunshine.  This home features a master bedroom, bath with jacuzzi  and walk-in closet on the main floor. 

The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, and cooking/eating utensils.  It has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  Everything you need. 

Also on the first floor is a large family room with entertainment center, a formal dining room and living room with a fireplace that leads out to a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen and grill.  Enjoy an evening grilling and relaxing around the outdoor fountain. There is also a second full bathroom with walk-in shower on the main floor as well as a laundry room. 

A winding staircase takes you to the second floor which is fully carpeted and has three bedrooms.  One bedroom has a full bath and a queen size bed.  The other two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom--one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed.  Also on the second floor is a sitting area and a bonus room.  Each room is furnished with dressers, tables and lamps--everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

In addition to the above rates, each rental will be charged $100 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit.  The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of the end of your stay if nothing is damaged, broken, stolen, or needs extended cleaning services.

Absolutely No pets and No smoking or security deposit will be forfeited.
