Simply the best!

We have just returned from our week at this condo and it was simply the best! The pictures are exactly as the condo is - very nicely decorated, very comfortable, with everything you might need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is particularly well-stocked with everything you need to cook on your own, and former tenants have nicely left things like spices, oils, coffee filters, etc. We are a family of four and the condo was perfect for us. More than enough room! And what everyone else says is true - the balcony and the views are the best part. We enjoyed our coffee there each morning and drinks each evening. It really is a spectacular property! A note to people with kids: this is the perfect place, as you are right next to the Marriott pool and Tiki bar, where you will find other kids and families. There are also beach toys, chairs, etc. in the bedroom closet. BUT - if you do not want anything to do with kids, the private pool on this property is lovely and very quiet. Thank you very much to Peter and Suzanne - your beach house is amazing and we will be back!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

What a beautiful condo.....Heaven on Earth!!

We just returned from 9 days at this beautiful condo. I can't say enough about the views, the water, the restaurants and everything else we experienced in our first trip to Florida. The owners, Peter and Suzanne were very accommodating in our last minute request to rent the condo and made everything so easy. The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated to reflect the seaside. We slept to the sounds of waves breaking and woke up every morning to the most beautiful sunrises without leaving the bed in the master suite. Thank so much Peter and Suzanne! We hope to return again!

Great Condo With A Perfect View!

Recently returned from a week at Indian River Plantation. The condo was great and the owners were very easy to work with. The condominium was extremely clean and was nicely decorated. The condo is located on the top floor and the views were amazing. We enjoyed coming back from the beach / pool every night and enjoyed a few glasses of wine on the deck while relaxing on the very comfortable lounge chairs. We also enjoyed having breakfast and lunch out on the deck. There are lots of great places to eat and we can't wait to return in the near future. I highly recommend it!
