Vacation Rental Description

Aloha, Come And Stay In Our Home From Home!!!
We have added lots of things we regard as essential to make your 
vacation experience a really enjoyable one.
Our luxury villa has a south facing pool and very large pool deck 
and is on the quiet community of Indian Ridge Oaks. 
Free-standing jacuzzi/hot tub on the pool deck. 
Commercial quality table football (foosball) in the garage!
50 inch plasma HDTV.
High speed internet connection
Free phone calls to US and Canada 
Our home has 4 bedrooms, master with king size bed, 1 with queen 
size bed and 2 with twins. Using the sleeper sofa in the lounge it 
will sleep a maximum of 10 people.
One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the master bedroom. This has a 
door out to the pool deck so there is no need to drip through the 
house to get changed after swimming.
The pool is south facing with a massive sun deck so gets the sun all 
day long.The jacuzzi will seat 6 people and has a lounger and choice 
of jets. There is a covered patio area to be able to sit out of the 
direct sunlight.  
A fence has been put round the property for added privacy.
For entertainment there is a large foosball table in the garage!  
There is a 50 inch plasma HDTV with 200 digital cable channels,  
video player and stereo system in the lounge.
 The playstation2 has an eyetoy and karaoke with 2 microphones so 
you can play games with you on the TV! 
The PS2 doubles as a DVD player.
In the master bedroom is a TV/video/DVD combo and other TVs in the 
queen bedroom and one twin room.
All linens and towels are provided and there are hairdryers in both 
bathrooms.
The home is fully air conditioned.
A safe is provided free of charge.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Pets are not allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The community has a large swimming pool, tennis court and children's 
playground which are free for guests to use. We provide tennis 
racquets and balls.
The home is only 8 minutes drive to Disney, i.e. the entrance to 
Animal Kingdom itself, not just Disney Drive as quoted by some 
owners.
It is only 4 minutes drive to highway 192 with its many restaurants 
and shops.

Activities and Attractions

Ideally located for all the theme parks. Seawporld is only 15 
minutes 
drive. There are many golf courses nearby, the nearest one, Mystic 
Dunes

Low season from $680 (£395) a week
Mid season from $780 (£450) a week
High season from $1020 (£575) a week
All rates include tax
Non-returnable booking deposit of $300 (£200) required
Security deposit $300 (£200)
Pool and spa heating $155 (£100)a week extra
Spa heating $60 (£40) a week extra
Pool heating $115 (£75) a week extra.
