Location, Location, Location! This 2-bedroom condo (sleeps 9) is located on one of the prime beach spots in all South Haven. Walk out the door to a large pool, community deck well furnished with tables, chairs and lounges situated on a wide expanse of beach, 300 feet of private beachfront to be exact. Beach walkers can stroll for miles looking for beach glass. Inside you find a modern kitchen with Corion counters, tile floor, and equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable, including center island, dishwasher & microwave. This 3 story unit is fully furnished and has a great view of the beach and pier from every room. This condo has been nicely decorated with the beach in mind. The main level features the kitchen, half bath, and living area has a 50” Flat Screen TV with DVD/VCR. The 2nd floor features a family room with 42” Flat Screen TV, and 2 sleeper sofas, 2nd bedroom with twin bed that has a trundle, and a full bath.  The master suite is furnished with a California King size bed, a sleeper sofa, walk in closet master bath with 2 person Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. We will provide the sheets and bath towels, but plan on bringing your own beach towels; laundry is available in the unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes & etc. Wireless Internet connection, Comcast basic cable and local telephone service is also available. We will provide the sheets, but plan on bringing your own beach towels; laundry is available in the unit. 2nd and 3rd floors each feature a deck, and the main level features a patio area with your own gas grill, table & chairs. 300 feet of private sandy beach right next door to North Shore Beach, the Pier and the Snack Shack. Two parking spots per unit. Public parking is available at a daily rate nearby.

Walk out the front door and you are only minutes from parks, harbor, town, restaurants and South Haven's new state-of-the art fitness center where guest can easily obtain reasonable passes to the large hot tub, sauna, steam room, massages, fitness equipment, spinning, lap pool, fitness classes and gym.

Seasonally enjoy cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, or South Haven’s large new ice skating rink.

This unit rents Saturday to Saturday, by the WEEK only.

In Season Rates ~ June to Labor Day: $1908 to $3392 (Including Tax, Cleaning & Any Other Additional Expenses) per week with 1 week minimum stay. 

9 person maximum overnight capacity.

50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance is due by May 1st. There will also be a $500 refundable security deposit.
