This is a beautifully renovated 1900's cottage.
Located in the central part of the island, making it a more peaceful spot for some rest and relaxation, yet is only a 3 minute walk to the water and ten minute walk to the ferry. Ferries run approx. every hour and is a short 15 minute ride into beautiful Portland. Enjoy the restaurants on the island as well as the many choices Portland has to offer. Enjoy the tranquility and wild life that surrounds the cottage. The house is a one bedroom with a queen sized bed upstairs as well as a single pull out love seat making the bedroom perfect for a couple and small child. Downstairs sofa is also a queen sized pull out sleeper.
Enjoy relaxing on the front porch or upper deck off of the upstairs bedroom.
Perfect for a writers get-a-way!
