Vacation Rental Rates

$850/wk good only on Non-holiday weeks until Friday June 27, 2008. 
*Holiday: $259/nt or $1500/wk     Easter, July 4th, Christmas  
and New Years 
 
There is no minimun night stay required, (except during Holiday  
periods) however, any stays of less than 7 nights will incur a $150  
cleaning fee. 
 
Pool heat is available for $25/day or $150/wk w/4 day minimum. 
 
Pets are welcome, a $150 carpet cleaning fee will be assessed.  
 
Special rates apply for stays of 15 nights or longer. 
 
Until reservation is confirmed (deposit is received) rates are  
subject to change.
