There is space to park for up to 5 cars.
There are 5 steps leading up to the cottage and patio area.
Newly constructed terraced wallsand stone steps lead to a grassy beach area with large permanent dock.

cottage rental amenities
There is a full kitchen and a large combnation dining and living room area. The cottage has 3 bedrooms. One with a queen sixe bed, one with a twin, and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds.
The bathroom has a standup shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedding provided includes mattress pads, quilts, blankets and pillows for each bed. Towels and linens are not provided.

vacation rental rates
This cottage rents for $1000.00 a week for the months of May, June, Sept. and Oct. or $150.00 per night.
The months of July and August have a weekly rate of $1200.00 or $185.00 per night.
The cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday.Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.
50% of the weekly rent is due at the time the reservation is made and a $300.00 security deposit is required.
Yates county charges a 4% tax on all rentals. We add the 4% to each rental fee and then pay the county on a quarterly basis
