A "Good Faith" deposit of "$200" is required to secure your dates. Approval takes 24hrs. Good faith deposit cancellation by renter is non-refundable. Cancellation by seller is refunded in full.  **Balance due "three" weeks prior to your arrival date.

During your stay and Prior to your Departure of Condo:

We ask that you please take care of our “home away from home” as if it was your very own. Prior to your departure, kindly gather all laundry and place on bathroom floor, and please make sure to empty refrigerator/freezer and pantry closets. In addition, all food and garbage is to be removed from the Condo (broom-swept), and disposed of in the garbage receptacle located outside and down the hallway.
