Beautiful brand new apartment for rent with brand new appliances and furniture in walking distance to the beach, the Pier, amusement park, shops and restaurants. Located in a residential area at the end of a dead-end street, close to everything but far enough for quietness and relaxation at the end of the day.
Featuring an open floor plan, stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, deck off living room and patio for grilling. Kitchen includes utensils, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, table and breakfast peninsula.
Three bedrooms and one full bath. Sleeps at least six very comfortably - one queen-size bed and two full-size beds - Great for families, friends or couples. Sheets, pillows and blankets provided. Bring your own towels.
No pets or indoor smoking allowed.
One-third of rent due at booking and is non-refundable plus a refundable $400. damage deposit. Balance of rental fee due 30 days prior to date of rental.
