Ironwood @ Barefoot Resort Updated Villa w/ Free WiFi in North Myrtle Beach

Be our guest!  You will feel your stress melt away as you drive into the beautiful Barefoot Resort.  Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom second-floor end unit in the Ironwood community is Golfer- and Family-friendly!

Our villa has been completely repainted and updated as of December 2011.  The living area includes brand new queen sleeper-sofa and seating, a new HD flat-screen television, a blue-ray player (which plays regular DVDs also), and dining and balcony seating for six people.  We also have free wireless internet access for our guests.

The master bedroom has a private bathroom and large walk-in closet.  It includes a King bed which can be converted to two twin beds if requested.  Just ask, and we will set it up for you! It has brand new bed coverings, and a flat-screen television. 

The second bedroom includes two twin beds, also with new linens and a new flat-screen TV.  It is just steps from the second full bathroom, giving everyone privacy and space. 

You will also have a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.

Enjoy the well-lit, fully-equipped kitchen which includes a full-size refrigerator and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, stocked dishes, flatware, utensils and small appliances.   We take pride in the cleanliness of our condo.  We want it to be your home away from home.  To keep it in the best shape for all our guests, no smoking and no pets are allowed.

We work with a rental agency, so you will have a local contact for key pickup and emergency maintenance. 

Two Pools - Enjoy our Ironwood Community Pool just steps from our building, or spend some time at the North Tower Pool (has a hot tub) which is the largest saltwater pool in South Carolina. 

Sports - Access to Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball Court and Tennis Courts exclusive to Ironwood residents and guests.

Seasonal Shuttle to the Beach - The shuttle stop is conveniently located near our building.  Or drive to the beach.  It's a short 5 minute car ride away! 

Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Cable TV (3), DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Washer, Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen including Microwave, Full Oven, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Dishwasher and Small Appliances.  Linens and bath towels provided.

Shopping - Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach Mall.  Nearby Bi-Lo, Wal-Mart and Kroger for groceries. 

Dining - Many amazing area restaurants at nearby Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.  We would be happy to share our favorites with you!

Rates do not include taxes, departure cleaning or resort fees.  Prices subject to change. 

Three-night minimum.  Add $95 for departure cleaning and resort fees on rentals of one week or less.  Multi-week and Monthly rentals add $100 departure cleaning.  South Carolina taxes are 12%. 

No Smoking.  No Pets with Guests per HOA Rules.  Must be 25 yrs or older to rent.  Monthly winter rentals available, please inquire with owner.  Winter rentals of 3 months or more are exempt from SC accomodation tax.
