With 9 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, Party on the Docs is designed to comfortably sleep 24 in beds, making this home perfect for extended family vacations, multiple family gatherings, corporate retreats or special events. Highlighted by vaulted ceilings on the main level, 2 kitchens, 3 family rooms, and 3 decks, Party on the Docs offers a level of comfort that is sure to make you wish you never had to leave.
Main Floor
Party on the Docs main level includes a spacious kitchen, a large pantry, a granite dining table, and a family room with a fireplace and a 50" flat screen with DVD player. The bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom
Second Floor
The upper level features 2 bedrooms with king beds. Each bedroom has a sink and they are joined by a Jack and Jill bath.
Third Floor
The Uppper level is a small crows nest bedroom that has 2 twin beds. It is nice for a couple of younger children to have a bedroom to themselves.
The Lower Level
Party on the Docs lower level is an amazing retreat in itself. It features a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine. The second family room has 2 comfy couches, a 50" flat screen and DVD player, and a pool/ ping pong table. This level has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed while the other has 2 double beds.
