One bedroom (not a studio), 3rd floor (top floor) Condo - TOTALLY RENOVATED AFTER HURRICANE DENNIS with everything new. Located on Santa Rosa Island in Navarre Beach, FL.  Elevator makes it great for senior citizens with no steps to climb & close parking. PLEASE NO SMOKING & NO PETS. Unit has a covered balcony overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound with a great view. Complex features a pool, gazebo/pavilion with charcoal grills, & a private fishing pier.  If you are looking for a quiet peaceful location with sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald green waters, beautiful sunsets & not much traffic, we have the place you will enjoy.  We rent to families & responsible adults.  When calling ask for  Unit #2-310.  We also have a studio unit (newly remodeled - call for rates) Unit # 1-102. Both units have great views!

Unit #2-310 is a spacious, 1 bedroom condo with queen size bed, living room with queen-sized murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer & dryer.  There are 2 cable tvs, 2 DVD players, wireless internet & covered patio.  All cooking utensils,dinnerware, bed & bath linens are provided.  Please do not take to the beach, pier or pool.

Studio Unit #1-102 has a queen-sized bed & queen-sized sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen tv, dvd player, wireless internet, & patio.  All cooking utensils,dinnerware, bed & bath linens are provided.  Please do not take to the beach, pier or pool.

Complex features a pool, gazebo/pavilion with charcoal grills, a private fishing pier & laundry facilities. The main attractions are the sugar white sandy beaches, the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico & the beautiful sunsets. There is a walking/bike trail that extends the entire length of Navarre Beach & continues thru the Gulf Islands National Seashore towards Pensacola Beach.  The Navarre area has several area antique shops, a zoo, shopping & some nice restaurants.  For you golf lovers there are several beautiful area golf courses. We are approximately 20 miles east of Pensacola, approximately 14 miles west of Ft. Walton and approximately 25 miles west of Destin.
