Reservations:  Reservations or personalized Guest Assistance is available during our Operational Office Hours.  Operational Hours are based on seasonal demands. (Please See Above).   Please contact us by email or toll-free.

Committal Deposit:  A committal deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve this property.  Committal deposits are collected at the time of Guest's verification of the accuracy of the Reservation.  Committal Deposits are applied towards the total cost of Guest's Reservation.  Remaining Balances are due at the time of Guest arrival and must be paid with Certified Funds.

Security Deposit:  Guest's VISA or Mastercard serves in lieu of a collected Damage/Security Deposit.  Charges for damages or Guest's failure to perform as outlined in the Terms of the Reservation Rental Agreement will have applicable charges applied to the credit card placed on file at the time of Check-In.

Credit Cards:  We only accept VISA or Mastercard.  A Debit Card may be used to pay the Committal Deposit.  Debit Cards may not be used in lieu of a collected Security/Damage Deposit.

Payment:  Full payment for a Reservation is due at the time of Guest arrival.  Payment of remaining balances must be paid with Certified Funds.  Payments made with an accepted credit card (VISA or Mastercard) remain subject to additional charges associated with payment processing.   Payments made with Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or US Currency do not incur additional charges.

Occupancy:  Sunset Harbor the Palms 1-102 has been furnished for the comfort and enjoyment of 2 Adults.    Sunset Harbor the Palms 2-310 has been furnished for the comfort and enjoyment of up to 4 persons.  Occupancy may never exceed the stated allowed.  Violation of the Occupancy Standards for these properties remains subject to additional Fines outlined in the Reservation Rental Agreement.

Cancellation Policy:  Guest Cancellations are recognized as being either Excused or Unexcused.  Excused Cancellations are permitted only in instances when the reserved property has been damaged or rendered unsafe; or, because of Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority.  Any Guest Cancellation that is for reasons other than those stated above are classified as Unexcused and remains subject to forfeiture of the Commital Deposit and additional charges outline in the Reservation Rental Agreement.

Rental Rates:  Rental Rates are found below and remain subject to a Cleaning Fee of $65.00 for Sunset Harbor the Palms 1-102  and  $75.00  for Sunset Harbor the Palms 2-310.  Applicable State and Local Taxes (10.5%) are added.

Sunset Harbor the Palms 1-102  and  Sunset Harbor the Palms 2-310 are professionally managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC - A Subsidiary of Kilgore Realty, LLC  widely recognized for exceptional standards for property management and Guest Customer Service.

Condo #2-310 :  Spacious Full One Bedroom Size Waterfront Property (Not Studio).   Top Floor (3rd Fl) with Elevator Access, Private Balcony overlooking inner coastal water with horizon views of Gulf.   Queen bedding in private bedroom, Queen Murphy Bedding in Living Room.  Ideal for 2 Adults and 2 Children.   Maximum occupancy allowed:  4.    Property contains private Washer/Dryer and all kitchen appliances.

Studio #1-102:  Smaller Studio Property equipped with Queen bedding & queen sleeper sofa.  Ground Floor waterfront property with front door parking and private patio.  Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen television, DVD player, CD Music system and wireless internet.  All cooking utensils,dinnerware, bed & bath linens are provided.  Community laundry facilties located beside the swimming pool.  Ideal for 2  persons with an allowed maximum occupancy of:  4.  Coin operated community laundry facility available on-site and all kitchen appliance provided.

           Nightly Rentals are permitted and require a minimum 3 Night Guest Reservation.
