Beautiful New Executive Gulf/Beach Front Home. Professionally decorated by Melissa of Joseph's Cottage in St Joe. She has decorated some of the most upscale homes in the area and this one turned out very nice!

This gorgeous new home towers above anything around it so the views are the best you can get. You can see for miles in either direction. No highways to cross as this home sits right on the beach, just walk out the door and you are there!

The Grey Whales finishings are nicely trimmed out with vaulted ceilings, crown molding, granite counters and real wood floors, yes, I said "real" not that fake stuff..... a built in desk in a private nook on the master suite level along with a mini bar with fridge and coffeepot for that cool drink or morning coffee while enjoying the outstanding views from the private deck.

There are new flat screen Tv's in every bedroom as well as the living room. The living area TV will has blueray player with internet capability. Also a stero with an ipod station. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are extras like a crockpot, electric griddle, plenty of service for 10.

The decks have tall captains chairs and a table with seating plenty for the quiet time or meal watching the views.

Entry level: Parking, grill area with picnic table.

1st level open and beautiful kitchen, living and dining rooms.

2nd level will have 3 bedrooms, 1 king gulf front with private bath and deck, 2 sets of twin/twin bunks and a room with 2 extra long twins that share a bath in the hall. Laundry area.

3rd level is the private king master suite with large garden tub, tiled shower, mini bar with fridge & sink, built in desk and private balcony. The built in desk is located in a private nook so you could work early or late without disturbing anyone.

About the Area

This home is conveniently located on the pet friendly & quiet beaches of Gulf county but only 2/10ths of a mile from the Bay county/Mexico Beach line. There is tons to do here. The El Governor Motel rents jet skies, parasail and they are always adding things to do. The City Pier just 3 miles away as well as the Mexico Beach Marina. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Some of my favorites are  Killers Seafood, Toucans, The fish house who does breakfast as well. Want something quick, Denny's Dawgs sits right down from Gulf Foods with his hotdog stand. Gulf foods too is a place to shop for treasures, buy groceries, have a shirt airbrushed.

Just 10 minutes to the east you have Port St Joe, great restaurants and the Marina there is large with boat slips, dry boat storage.

Just 20 minutes in the other directions is Panama City, our nearest Wal-Mart, and anyother store you could imagine.
