Pelican Bay is a 4BR/4BA Channel home located only a block from the beach in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Located right on one of the enclosed channels, you can sit on the deck and fish right in the back of the house. This spacious home has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, Xbox, pool table and fireplace to enjoy in the Living Room. The open kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of seating for your mealtime gatherings. The Cherry Grove pier and the beach is only a short walk up the street so this is the perfect location for your beach vacation in North Myrtle Beach. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a double and a twin. All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms so everyone has their own comfortable space. The views from the house overlook the channel and you can sit on the balcony to enjoy the scenery. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a washer/dryer room downstairs for your convenience when you come home from the beach. This great house has a gas grill for your meal time cooking and seating around the dock for your relaxation pleasure. Close to restaurants, attractions, golf courses and more, you will want to come back to this beautiful home every year with your family.
