5 bedroom / 3 bathroom - 3200 sq ft home build in 2005. Every room has a television, and all furniture and beds are only 1 year old. Spa and pool with temperature control settings to allow for year round swimming. Office is available, high speed internet, Sunroom with a sofa sleeper if needed. Baby crib in master bathroom closet if needed.
Living room - 60 in High Def TV with DVR capability, reclining couches and chairs, electric fireplace.
Master bedroom - King bed, 40 in Flatscreen TV, seperate bathtub and shower in master bath.

The house has heat and A/C. The entire house has furniture and television purchased in January 2012. There is a temperature controlled pool and spa in the back yard for year round swimming. Gas patio grill is also available. There is a mountain view from an upstairs balcony. Full use of the appliances is included, and the wireless internet is free. Renters may use the DVR feature included on the 60 in High Def television in the living room. There is also a DVD player available. The house is very well decorated and kept up very nicely to ensure our guests are comfortable and have a great experience.

The house is in the Southern Highlands and is within 5 miles of many activities including, walking and biking trails, 3 major casinos, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, shopping, and fine dining.
It is about 12 miles from the Las Vegas strip and costs only $35 for a cab to the middle of the action.
Boating and water activities are approximately 25 miles away on the lake.
vacation rental rates
All rates are subject to negotiations, but base rates are determined based on the season. During winter months a pool heating fee of $75 may be added for continued usage of the heater. The spa heat is free. A security deposit of $300 is added to the total bill, but is fully refundable if there is no damage to the house.
