Stunning sunrises over Long Island Sound out your bedroom window, glorious full moon reflected on the water and out your windows.
Convenient to Manhattan. Easy 20 minutes (or less) walk, or five minutes drive, to railroad station. Commuter train (Metro North) is 35 minutes to Grand Central.
A real deal at $6,500 for one month or $12,000 for two months.

The comfort and furnishings of an elegant year-round home with the vacation delights of a private beach steps from your door and multiple public beaches near by for variety.
A well-equipped kitchen, laundry, a spacious front porch with wicker furniture for morning coffee, evening libations, or just relaxation out of the sun at any hour. Beach chairs. Convenient reserved free parking in front of the house, no through traffic, many flowering shrubs, numerous nesting birds.
Master bedroom has king size bed, spectacular views and ocean breezes. Second bedroom has antique full size bed. Third bedroom has queen bed; fourth has single bed, and a sunny glassed-in sun porch also has a single bed. Full bath on each of three floors.
The living room features walls lined with bookcases including children's books and foreign language books. Toys. Lots of CDs and even LPs and the equipment to play them. TV and DVD player. The treasure (at least for the owner) is a Steinway piano.
Air conditioners throughout the house.
Linens provided. Housekeeping service for light cleaning once a week included.
Pets negotiable depending on age, size, training . . .

Think vacation: swimming, boating, fishing, birding, but also nearby tennis, golf courses, jogging trails, a stable for horseback riding.
Visit historic sites in Westchester; enjoy outdoor theatre and band concerts and children's theatre. Great shopping in nearby White Plains. Nearby farm markets.
Easy commute to Manhattan if one of you must work, easy commute home for evenings and weekends "in the country" as per Sondheim.

$6,500 for one month, $12,000 for two months. Includes utilities and one day per week light cleaning.
Security deposit of $2,000 required to reserve. 50% of total rent required by April 1, 100% by June 1.
