Kraushaus in Pompano Beach

Kraushaus is a 660 sq. ft. (60 sq. meter) apartment that's part of a single family home located on a small island in Lake Santa Barbara which is a part of the Intracoastal Waterway, about a mile from the ocean. The unit is conveniently positioned one block off Federal Highway between Commercial and Atlantic Blvds. and is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, ATMs, banks and a golf course.

Three (3) night minimum stay required.

Pets are not allowed.

Private parking available directly outside of the apartment.

There's no smoking in the unit, but there's a designated smoking area available.

The large master bedroom contains one Queen size bed and an office area, and plenty of closet space.

The Living area contains a Queen Size sofa bed and dining area.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glassware, plates, and silverware.

There's a washer and dryer in the unit.

The unit has two bathrooms. The master suite has a large Jacuzzi bath tub and separate shower. The second bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo.
There's a private patio with a pergola and seating area.

There's also an area for grilling

Flat screen TVs are in both the living room and bedroom.

Approximate driving time is about 20 minutes and distance is about 10 miles.

Summer Rates:  $115.00/night ; $690.00/week

Winter Rates: $160/night ; $980/week

Higher rates apply during the week before Christmas to the week after New Years.

Long term rental rates are available upon request.  

Payment:

• Charges for the above services will be settled by the second day of arrival. 
• A $200 refundable deposit is required at time of booking to hold the unit and will be put towards your final bill.
• The $200 deposit is not refundable if cancellation is not done 2 weeks in advance of arrival.
• We accept money order, traveler’s checks, cash, or payment through PayPal*, account holder is Rolf Kraus.

*Note concerning PayPal fees:

Payment is free within the U.S. when you use only your PayPal balance or bank account, or a combination of their PayPal balance and bank account. 

There is no charge if you send money from your PayPal balance, bank, or
