Welcome to our dream home. This “grand” residence is located in the gated community of Three Arch Bay famous for its private beach. Recently re-designed by an internationally renowned architect this "green" solar powered home provides guests with panoramic ocean views, and an occasional whale, from nearly every room. Weather traveling as a large family or corporation, prepare to be amazed.
Descending from the two car garage and additional off-street parking, guests arrive at the first of three levels. The entry level consists of a generous fully equipped kitchen and adjacent great-room dining and living areas furnished for the enjoyment of the spectacular ocean views, sunsets, and the islands. Immediately off the great room is the king and flat screen equipped master bedroom with its generous dressing room, step-down Roman tub-shower, dual wash basins, and private laundry.
Overlooking the great-room and ocean beyond is a large loft equipped with comfortable lounging furniture, a desk, and flat screen. At the base of the loft stairway is a formal entry, powder bath, and generous hall closet.
The next level down consists of three bedrooms and three baths along with a den, full service wet-bar and large laundry. The king and flat screen equipped North bedroom also has a dressing room and en suite bath with large shower. The dual queen and flat screen equipped South bedroom has a dressing room and en suite bath with large shower. The central bedroom with a full, twin bunks, desk, and flat screen is serviced by a full bath with shower-over-tub directly across a very private hall.
The theater and game room is located on the lower level of our home equipped with comfortable furniture and a pool table. In addition, a queen and flat screen furnished bedroom is located on this level with its en suite bath and generous shower.
Extensive balconies, decks, and gardens are accessible from every level as well as an outdoor shower for use when returning from the beach. Al fresco dining is just steps from the kitchen and great room along with a gas fired bar-b-q.
Wi-fi throughout, flat screens in every bedroom, endless views, and the private beach are just the beginning of this large and fully equipped residence.
