Wake up and walk out to the beach from this ground floor unit to the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Very easy access to the beach and pool, 30 seconds and you are there!! Parking area right out your front door.
Large spacious unit with tropical decor through out. 10 ft ceilings, kitchen is fully stocked with granite counter, pantry washer and dryer, bar with extra seating for three. Spacious open floor plan as kitchen flows through to dining area that also seats up to six guests and living area with 27" flat screen HDTC and DVD player. Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Living room opens up to patio with small grassy area. Great for small children, no balconies to worry about. You can head right out to the beach or pool from the patio. Master suite hosts a king size bed, sliding glass doors to the patio, large walk in closet and extra large bath and dressing area. His and hers vanities, large soaking tub separate stand in glass and tile shower. Second bedroom hosts a queen bed with large closet. 19" TV, DVD player, third bedroom hosts built in bunk area with two twin beds, overhead lighting, 19" TX and DVD player. This room is decorated in a nautical decor. The kids will just love it!! Second full bath located near these two bedrooms.
Graco Pack n Play available upon request. High Speed Internet! Beach set-up each day (2 chairs and umbrella) in season.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Pleanty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and a game stick for the kids. I also provided (8) beach towels and beach toys.

Waters Edge is a 5 story mid size condo located on the quiet Okaloosa Island. Beautiful landscaped grounds with walking paths, a gazebo, grilling area with two grills. Huge gulf front 5,000 sq. ft. pool. With over 440 feet of the Gulf frontage there is pleanty of space to relax on the beach. Parking garage and outdoor parking available.
