Thank you Bill for allowing my family and I the opportunity to choose your condo for our vacation. Let me say we normally travel the pan handle of florida and chose to do Daytona this year. After days of search we found your condo, and new this is it, my Wife is very picky on places we stay. From the very first phone call you were very informative with everything I needed to know and continued communication through out, many tnanks for that. Upon arrival the beauty of the building was "WOW this is gorgeous",. The pictures do not do this gorgeous condo justice, your home is absolutly stunning, we have never rented a condo so equipped with top of the line appliances, furniture, TV'S galore in every room. The only draw back was, the two beds, MY WIFE WANTS ME TO FIND OUT WHERE TO GET THEM we never slept so good. One of the best touches is the umbrella's, chairs, boogie boards and beach cart you supplied for the use. We always had to buy these and leave them behind after the vacation, First class!!.For anyone reading this let me tell you about Bill and his Wife, they met us at the door, gave us a personal tour, (never had that). We had one small bump, with some of the keys not working, we still had one that did work, so not an emergency, BILL HIRED A LOCKSMITH on a sunday which we all know what that probably cost, but never hesitated to deliver a first class stay. This was the best stay we have had as a family in many years of staying at what we thought was first class resorts. Again thank you for your Hospitality of your Gorgeous home. Look forward to coming back and staying here again.

PERFECT! Luxury and relaxation in one location.

Great! Great! Great!

Let me give you some helpful background for considering my review. I am one of the most critical persons you will ever know. It is part of my nature. I look for and notice flaws in everything. I never leave reviews, positive or negative.

The Ocean Vistas Condominium is one of the newest condos on Daytona Beach. It is tapped as "luxury" and it delivers.
I talked to a few owners during my stay and found out some interesting facts about the property. There are 108 units total. Of those, 18 units are occupied full-time by their owners. Over half of the other units are used exclusively as second homes for their lucky owners and are not rented out at all. This leaves only around 50 units that are rented in the building, and most of those are rented only half of the time, when the owners are not using them.

The facilities were wonderful. The gym overlooks the ocean and is equipped with great dumbbells, life fitness treadmills and circuit machine and a roomy sauna. The "community room" overlooks the ocean and has a plasma tv, fireplace, top-notch pool table, comfortable furniture and bookshelves filled with great books. The heated pool, courtyard with fire-pit and jacuzzi overlooks the ocean.

This particular unit is absolutely perfect. It is furnished and decorated like a fine home. The oversized gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. It is equipped with every pan, dish and utensil you could ever need. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. The living room has a fireplace and a nice size plasma "smart" tv (bring your netflix password and catch up on tv shows and movies). There is a 450 sq. ft. wrap around deck (accessed from living room and both bedrooms) with built-in electric grill. The master bedroom was huge and included a seating area, dark furniture including a King size bed, oversized dressers and night stands, all with an island theme. The master bath had twin vanities, a soaker tub and a walk-in shower with two shower heads. The guest bedroom had white furniture with a queen size bed, dresser and night stands. The guest bedroom shared the common bath which had a single vanity and a soaker tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms had nice size plasma tv's on the dresser (master was "smart tv" also).

Thanks, Bill, for the use of your second home, and for use of the beach chairs and umbrella. We look forward to coming back in the Fall!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
