Vacation Rental Description

Very clean and quiet newely remodeled 2/2 condo.  This gem is 
located within walking distance to everything Lake Worth has to 
offer.  
Step outside the door and you are in Bryant Park, which is located 
on the picturesque intercoastal waterway.  Enjoy your morning coffee 
watching the boats go by, or enjoy a late day stroll and watch the 
sunset!  Bryant park hosts a golf course, jogging trail with 
obstacles, a huge kids castle playing area, dog walking, fishing, 
boat ramps and many festivals and art shows throughout the winter 
season.
A casual stroll through the park will take you to either downtown or 
the beach. Heading into town? You will find many dining 
establishments that offer everything from fine to casual dining, and 
live music.  Most establishments offer cafe style dining.  The shops 
of Lake Worth are truely unique, offering everything from fine art 
to surf gear!  Heading to the beach?  You will find the walk over 
the intercoastal bridge to be awe inspiring!  The beach is well 
maintained and has lifeguards on duty.  Bring your board, the surf 
is usually good here.  If the salt water isn't your thing, Lake 
Worth provides an olympic sized pool.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are many upgrades to the kitchen, which include granite 
countertops and  new appliances.  Kitchen is fully equipped with the 
tools one needs to prepare any meal of the day.  Each bedroom has 
full size beds equiped with pillow tops, extra pillows, it's own 
bathroom and plenty of closet space with hangers for your clothes.  
Extra bedding for additional sleeping can be arranged, please let 
your needs be known at time of booking.  Dining area and living room 
are open to the kitchen and host a fantastic view of Bryant Park and 
the intercoastal waterway.  High speed internet access and cable tv 
are included as well as all other utilities.  

Activities and Attractions

In addition to what Lake Worth and Bryant Park have to offer we are 
offering a deepsea fishing trip for up to (4) guests.  The boat is 
fully equipped with outriggers, live bait wells, auto pilot, GPS, 
expert rods/reels and much much more!  Captain is very familiar with 
area, a Florida native.  Guests must be at least 11 years old to 
participate.  If deepsea fishing isn't your thing, Captain will  
take guest for cruise down the reknowned intercoastal waterway, or 
drop you off on Peanut Island for the day.  One trip is included in 
price of stay, other trips can be arranged, please inquire with 
Captain.  Guests will be required to bring thier own food and 
beverages, however, we will provide the cooler and ice.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates per week, which include fishing trip, &650.00  Animals and 
kids welcome.
A deposit of $300.00 will be required upon booking,  a 3 day notice 
must be given to cancel reservation.  If no notice is given, owner 
reserves the right to keep deposit and charge to customer the 
additional $350.00.  Special circumstances are considered, such as 
illness, death, accidents and unforseen situations.  Please just 
give notice.  
There will be an additional $150.00  animal cleaning fee, which will 
be refunded if not needed to clean carpets or repair any damage. 
Condo is offered on a monthly basis for $2200.00 All utilities are 
included as well as cable tv and internet access.  A  refunadable 
deposit of $400.00 will required for monthly rentals.
