North Hutchinson Island is located only 1 hr. north from Palm Beach
Airport and 1.5 hours from Orlando and Disney World. The island has
numerous preservation areas to explore the natural beauty of Old
Florida.

This beautiful 2/2 unit overlooks the beach. Views from
the Master Bedroom are of the ocean. This room has a king size
bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds.  There is a queen sofabed in the living room.

Full, kitchen well stocked with all utensils, cookware and dishes. Two televisions with cable and a DVD and VCR.

Wireless/high speed internet included. All utilities except long distance phone calls included. 

The building has a pool, brand new clubhouse, and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Building is on the oceanside - there are no roads to cross to get to
the beach. 

Vero Beach, with its quaint downtown and upscale restaurants is a 12
minute drive north. There are numerous golf courses in the area.
Charter boats are available at area marinas for fishing and scuba
diving. Fort Pierce, directly across on the mainland has a
beautifully restored downtown, with a Farmer's Market on Saturdays
selling local produce and products, and fun oceanside restaurants.
