This adorable cottage rental is just a 1/2 block from the ocean. The house is located on 9th Lane in Seaside Park in the Midway Beach development. No need to pack up your car and find parking. All you have to do is walk out the front door and go right to the beach. The house can sleep 8 with 2 bedrooms, sleeper couch and full size futon. There is a full bathroom or enjoy an outdoor shower on the back deck. House has full kitchen with microwave or cook outside on the gas grill. Enjoy your meal inside or there is table and chairs outside on the deck. Pets are welcome but please clean up after them.
The neighborhood the house is in has a private beach requiring badges so there is usually plenty of room on the beach for you to lay out your blankets and chairs. 2 beach badges are included in the rental.

vacation rental rates
Spring/Early Summer (before June 29) - $900 per week
Summer (June 29 - September 7) - $1300 per week
After September 7 - $900 per week
Security Deposit $500 (refundable within 1 week after rental if house is left clean and undamaged)
Rentals are Saturday (check in any time after 3 pm) to Satuday (check out by 11 am)
Payments accepted through Paypal or check.
