A peaceful, quiet getaway with a million-dollar view, the Broadview
is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath LOG HOME with covered porches with outdoor chairs and tables.
The home is atop Carter Mountain between N. Wilkesboro and Sparta.
Altitude is approximately 2,600 feet. The view is fantastic! Can
see Pilot Mountain on a clear day. Can see Stone Mountain from the
edge of the 11-acre property. Deer and wild turkey are abundant (no
hunting, though).
Merle Fest is 45 minutes away.

Weekly rates are $700 January through September 30; $800 other
times. Nightly rates ( 2-night minimum)ARE $175. During Merle Fest -
$700 Wednesday through Monday. Rates based on 4 adults $50 extra per night per additional adult.
