cove (directly across from Shumans Nature Preserve and facing the beautiful West setting sunsets)  
that leads out to the widest point of Lake Wallenpaupack’s 15 mile length. 
 
This house features approximately 2,500 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 Full baths,  
3rd loft bedroom and even a sofa-bed couch in brand new finished ground floor family room which has  
French Doors that open up to Lake and Lakefront Picnic area. 
 
The house is a fully furnished, has fully equipped kitchen and living room with cable TV. 
 
No smokers, No pets.

Our stay at this cabin was great. Cabin was one of the better cabins that we have rented and we have  
been renting at "The Pak" for over 15 years. Joe was able to squeeze us in on very short notice.  
Plenty of room for freinds to come and visit for the day, fish, swim, and sit around the fire pit .  
Marina is only 3 mins away. And yes there are stairs!

Very Nice!! Rustic yet modern accomodations with very nice views set atop beautiful Lake  
Wallenpaupack! The area is located a few miles from shopping and real close to a couple different  
lake access points. We chose the public one which is about five minutes by land and 3 minutes by  
water. Great fishing right from the dock. We had a deer walk close by the outside firepit a few  
times. We docked our jet skis and could use them at will for the length of our stay. Very nice  
downstairs area with a new bathroom and nice large room where we all took in a movie on the one  
rainy afternoon. Nice kitchen to cook and/or eat in.Large outside porch.All of the kids(from 2 1/2  
thru teenagers loved it......including the big kids like my wife and I! We didn't use the indoor  
fireplace,though it was beautiful,we liked the outdoor one to cook marshmallows. The lake itself is  
amazing being some 12 miles long! There are a few fueling stations right on the water. I will  
definitely rent there again!! Maybe later this year.

We enjoyed our experience at this lake house. The house was neatly kept and clean, we lucked out  
with great weather, and the lake is so big that it never got over crowded. I would definitly  
recomend this house as a great value rental property. The pictures do not do it justice. The view  
from the porch is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay! Hope you enjoy your stay !

Off-Season: September thru July. 
 
Weekends - Minimum 2 night stay required at $500. 
 
Note: The dock is not put in until Memorial Day but the free boat launch is 2 minutes from the house. 
 
January 5 thru June 7,2008 - $750/week. 
June 7,2008 thru June 28,2008 - $1200/week. 
June 28 - August 30th - $1500/week. 
August 30th thru September 20,2008 - $1200/week. 
September 20,2008 thru December 20,2008 - $750/week. 
December 20,2008 thru January 3, 2009 - $1500/week.  * Christmas and New Years Holiday Weeks 
 
 
 
In-Season: July and August. 
 
No weekend rentals. 
 
Weekly rate of $1500/week.  
 
 
Holiday Weekends (other then NYE) - Minimum 3 night stay required at $750. 
 
New Years Eve Weekend - 3 night stay $900 
 
Note: Weekly Rentals run from Saturday 3:00pm check-in and end on  
following Saturday 11:00am check-out. 
 
Cleaning charge is $95.
