Three-story, 24'x34' log cabin located on Clear Stream about three miles from Errol town center and 4 miles from the Balsams Grand Resort. Two decks overlook the stream. Great location for snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, skiing, various other outdoor activities, or just enjoying the quite beauty of this pristine area. Pool table, shuffleboard table, dart board, and wood stove in basement. Satellite television and wood stove in living room. Includes all of the amenities of home; oil-forced hot air heat, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Skylights provide natural light to both the split-level loft on the third floor and the living room on the second. A bed in each bedroom, three in the loft, and two couches provide ample sleeping arrangements for larger parties.
