          Ocean Villa is centrally located at 10625 Front Beach Road. The complex features plenty of covered parking, a seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool, an outdoor pool with sun deck , lounge chairs, chairs and tables, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room and pool deck pavilion with 2 gas barbecue grills. 

     This two-bedroom, two bath unit features a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom and one queen sleeper-sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is located adjacent to a bathroom.  The kitchen, living area, laundry, and bath areas are porcelain tile. The bedrooms are carpeted.

  Our balcony is one of the largest on the beach - 10' x 24' - and overlooks the gulf with a 180°view.  The balcony has access from both the living area and the master bedroom.  

Cable TV is provided in the living area and bedrooms. A 32” HDTV with progressive scan DVD player and 300 watt stereo is provided in the living area. A 27” HDTV with progressive scan DVD player is provided in the master bedroom and a 26”HDTV with progressive scan DVD player is provided in the guest bedroom.
