Vacation Rental Description

Spacious and well appointed, this newer 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home (sleeps 6) has a south facing  
electrically heated pool and is located on a quiet road in the south west of the Island. It is  
within a 12 minute walk of the beach and a 5 minute walk to the lively "Marco Walk" where you will  
find the local cinema, shops,and several restaurants. Our home now has wi-fi for the convenience of  
guests.  
 
Built in typical open plan Floridian style, this luxurious, well equipped home has floor tiles in  
all the main living and extra high vaulted ceilings. The great room has a sitting area, formal  
dining area, kitchen and breakfast areas. In addition there is a separate den with its own TV. The  
three bedrooms (2 kings and 1 with 2 twin beds) all have their own TV's (the master a flat screen TV  
with integral DVD player) and the master bedroom has its own bathroom with corner bath, walk in  
shower and large walk in wardrobe (6' x 8').  
 
There is a private mesh screened area at the rear with a 28' electrically heated pool. Facing south  
for all day sun, it has an outside hot and cold shower, gas grill (barbeque) and plenty of pool  
furniture. 
 
This well equipped home has everything you need to make your vacation a special one. This includes  
hi speed internet access (ethernet or Wi-FI) and 5 bicycles (2 adults, 1 x 22" plus 2 child's 20")-   
so that guests can explore the Island at leisure. For those with young children a crib 
and high chair are provided. There are 2 DVD players (one in the great room and one in the master  
bedroom), VCR  and CD player. A large selection of DVD's, videos and books are provided for guests. 
 
Marco Island is the perfect place for a family holiday or romantic getaway. With in excess of 70  
restuarants,shopping and many activities available on the Island and with the city of Naples and the  
Everglades only a 20 minute drive away, you can choose to relax on the beach/by the pool or have an  
action packed vacation.

All rates are plus applicable taxes (currently 10%). Rates include cleaning on departure and pool  
heating in winter months (not needed the rest of the year).  
 
Refundable security deposit $500.
